Functions :

1. Promotion of research culture by obtaining research projects from UGC and ICSSR etc and to encourage faculty to pursue Research work in their respective fields.

1. To formulate and prepare the proposals for infrastructure development and to monitor various developmental scheme under progress. 
2. Provide necessary facilities for classrooms/sports/ women/differently-abled students/extra-curricular activities etc (furniture, equipment & fixtures). 
3. Maintenance of budget for physical facilities through existing/mobilized resources/ utilize the funds allocated for maintenance.
4. Maintenance of staff room /students’ common room/rest rooms & toilets, canteen, parking lot etc. 
5. Adequate system for maintaining & utilizing physical facilities & library and information facilities (telephone, intercom etc) 
6. Make campus safe for students with adequate security

Functions

1. To define its own perspective in the light of local needs, social justice and development.
2. To formulate and prepare the proposals for development after identifying its needs and deciding on its priorities.
a. To help the College to effectively implement the various programmes approved by the state government and UGC. 
b. To device measures to strengthen the administrative infrastructure in the college.
c. To bring about necessary academic reforms.
d. Functions and activities of various committees, like Building Committee, Library Committee, Purchase Committee, Advisory Committee of Equal Opportunity Cell/Centre, etc. will be reported to and reviewed by the Planning Board.
 
3. Two third members of the Board shall form a quorum
4. The Board shall meet at least once every academic calendar.
5. All members of the Board, other than ex-officio members, shall hold office for a term of three years.

Functions

1. The Purchase Committee shall meet at least two times a year.
2.  The term of the Committee, except for the ex-officio members, shall be three years.
3.  Half of total members shall form a quorum for the meeting of the Purchase Committee.
4.  The Purchase Committee shall plan and purchase equipment with adequate justification. 
5.  All decisions relating to the purchases must be first discussed in the purchase meeting. Resolutions of the Purchase Committee should be properly minute and be referred to UGC and University.
6. The Committee will submit lists of equipments purchased from UGC funds with related documents to the concerned UGC Regional Offices and university at the end of each Financial Year.
7. The Committee is required to send to UGC audited statement of expenditure and utilization certificate from the Chartered Accountant so that the next installment of grant may be sanctioned.

Functions

1. The term of the Committee shall be three years.
2. Quorum for a meeting shall be two thirds of the total members.
3. The Library Committee shall hold at least two meetings in each academic year.
4. The library Committee shall be responsible for the procurement of books and journals.
5. The committee must ensure those library grants are utilized equitably over the plan period to procure the latest publications relevant to the courses being offered in the Colleges.
6. Making efforts for enrichment of library facilities viz. making advice to the library committee for purchasing of more volume of books, magazines and journals.
7. Improvement of library infrastructures, internet facilities and fully computerization of library.
8. The Committee may prepare detailed statement of expenditure at the end of each financial year along with related documents of supply order etc. to be submitted to UGC and the Affiliating University.

Functions:

1. To oversee the effective implementation of policies and programmes for disadvantaged groups.
2. To ensure equity and equal opportunity to the community at large in the college and bring about social inclusion.
3. To enhance the diversity among the students and to eliminate the perception of discrimination.
4. To create a socially congenial atmosphere for academic interaction and for growth of healthy interpersonal relationships among the students coming from various social backgrounds. 
5. To make efforts to sensitize the aspirations of the marginalized communities and to help the disadvantaged section of society and suggest amicable solution to their problems.
6. To disseminate information related to schemes and programmes for the welfare of the socially weaker section as well as notifications/memoranda, office orders of the Government, or related agencies/organizations issued from time to time.
7. To prepare barrier free formalities/procedures for admission/registration of students belonging to the disadvantaged groups of society.
8. To adopt measures to ensure due share of utilization by SC/ST in admissions, recruitments (teaching and non-teaching posts) and to improve their performances.

Functions :

1. To make the Campus a Ragging Free
2. To curb ragging and its evil aftermaths. The Cell will function with a strong will to end this barbaric act, and the anti-ragging cell will be instrumental in this endeavour.
3. To organize necessary programme for the fresher students to bring any instances of ragging in the campus or hostel rooms to the notice of the college administrator or to the Cell, and to take stringent measures against the students involved in any kind of ragging.
4. To encourage any students of ragging victim to lodge complaint against the culprit.
